Sales/Service Coordinator

• Support quote requests with sales reps with pricing and/or configuration
  alternatives to best suit customer financial needs and application requirements
• Coordinate and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely
  fulfillment
• Serve as a liaison between customers and sales to resolve inquiries and/or issues
• Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and other internal groups to ensure seamless
  execution of customer orders

• Minimum of an Associate degree desired; equivalent experience with a high school diploma will also be considered.

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a field sales organization, preferably within the medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, or high-technology industries.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to review, interpret, and understand customer purchase orders, including terms and conditions.                                                                                                                                #LI-Hybrid
