Job Description:
Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials, coordinating release readiness, and improving adoption across customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service Enablement
- Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training and customer documentation.
- Maintain version-controlled enablement content.
Product Release Readiness
- Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Service.
- Develop release communication plans.
Training & Knowledge Management
- Create training for sales and service teams.
- Maintain centralized knowledge repositories.
Communication & Change Management
- Translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging.
- Support product adoption initiatives.
Adoption & Metrics
- Track training completion and adoption metrics.
- Support post-launch reviews.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $28.00-30.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
