Experience:

• Sales: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year
• Aquatics experience is a plus!

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Reputable sales experience and ability to sell
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent soft skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong organizational, computer, and training skills
• The ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple situations at once
• Able to sustain a high level of energy in the most positive manner
• Must pass background examinations prior to training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and reach quarterly target
• Handle all communication with members and non-members through phone, text, and email.
• Process student registrations
• Resolves customer concerns using a professional approach. 
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
• Learn the product as a Swim Instructor and maintain at least one teaching shift per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour


Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Livingston, NJ 07039: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
