Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Goshen, NY. This role is responsible for meeting with potential and existing customers, assessing their basement, crawl space, and foundation needs, and presenting tailored service solutions. Daily tasks include conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, explaining service options, and following up on leads to close sales. The Sales Service Representative will maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM, coordinate with installation and service teams, and provide ongoing customer support before and after projects. The role also involves participating in local marketing events, staying informed about company offerings, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.

• Sales acumen, including experience with consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a field or in-home setting. Verifiable and stable sales experience is required.

• Basic technical understanding of home construction or building systems, or the ability and willingness to learn basement, crawl space, and foundation concepts.

• Organizational and time management skills for handling appointments, documentation, and coordination with service teams.

• Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking software, plus the ability to learn company systems quickly.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to customer homes in and around Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan, Rockland, or Ulster County, NY.

• Comfort with on-site work, including walking basements and crawl spaces, and discussing technical solutions with customers.
• \n
• Previous experience in home services, construction, or residential sales is beneficial but not required.
• \n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction trades is a plus.
