Sales/Service Representative

The ideal candidate is a licensed insurance professional who can handle both sales and service, enjoys speaking with clients, and is comfortable turning leads and existing accounts into additional revenue. They should be able to sell confidently, service accurately, and help grow long-term client relationships for the agency.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Sell new business from inbound and outbound leads.

Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and text.

Quote, present, and close personal lines and commercial lines opportunities.

Cross-sell existing clients into additional policies, including:

Auto

Home

Umbrella

Life insurance

Business insurance

Workers compensation

Commercial auto

Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales, retention, and cross-sell goals.

Maintain accurate pipeline notes and follow-up tasks.

Assist with renewals, remarketing opportunities, and documentation requests.

Property & Casualty insurance license required. Pre-license training/support available.

Life or Commercial insurance experience is a plus, especially with small business, real estate, HOA, landlord, or contractor accounts.

Comfortable working with both new prospects and existing clients.
