About the Role: 
Join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA. As a Sales & Solutions M&E team member, you’ll support both sales and operations through a variety of cross-functional tasks. From preparing RFP responses and booking travel to crafting commercial proposals and conducting market research, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of business tourism and events.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with RFP responses and quote requests (air and hotel)
• Booking and managing travel reservations (airline, rail, hotel)
• Preparing presentations, commercial offers, and client materials
• Conducting competitive benchmarking and market research
• Supporting internal coordination across sales, operations, and marketing
• Updating CRM systems and assisting with data entry
• Contributing to content creation and sales toolkit updates

About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student who’s passionate about events and business tourism. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to learn and contribute.

• Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business or tourism
• Strong interest in the events and business travel industry
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Some knowledge of a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo etc)
• Fluent in professional English
