Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Allen, TX. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct discovery calls, and present Click4Corp’s web design and digital marketing services in a clear, solution-focused manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, preparing proposals and quotes, following up on opportunities, and closing new business to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with the digital marketing and web design teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing account support. The Sales Specialist will capture and report sales activity in CRM tools, participate in sales meetings and trainings, and contribute insights to improve sales processes and client experience.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.

• Customer Service and client relationship skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term partnership building.

• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing new business.

• Experience with Training and Sales Management or leadership in guiding peers, supporting onboarding, or contributing to team performance.

• Familiarity with digital marketing or web design services, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• \n
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Allen, TX, with strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).

• Preferred: Prior experience in agency, SaaS, or marketing services sales; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
