What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a profitable personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Work a mix of agency-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage
- Develop long-term relationships with affluent and emerging affluent families
- Cross-sell and round out accounts for better protection and retention
- Conduct policy reviews and stay proactive with clients
- Participate in community and networking events to expand your presence
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- Insurance or financial services sales experience
- Experience working with middle to upper-income households
- Established network or strong prospecting ability
Work Environment
- Primarily in-office, with flexibility for client meetings and events
- Occasional evenings or weekends for networking and client needs

Compensation:
