Personal Lines Sales Specialist (Insurance Producer)

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing agency. This is an opportunity to build your own book of business, work high-quality leads, and create long-term income—all within a supportive, family-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow a profitable personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Work a mix of agency-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage
  • Develop long-term relationships with affluent and emerging affluent families
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts for better protection and retention
  • Conduct policy reviews and stay proactive with clients
  • Participate in community and networking events to expand your presence
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
  • Insurance or financial services sales experience
  • Experience working with middle to upper-income households
  • Established network or strong prospecting ability
Work Environment
  • Primarily in-office, with flexibility for client meetings and events
  • Occasional evenings or weekends for networking and client needs

Compensation:


Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
