Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting in-person and phone consultations, and presenting construction services tailored to client needs. The Sales Specialist will prepare estimates in coordination with project managers, follow up on proposals, and manage a pipeline of opportunities using sales tools and CRM systems. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with field and office teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project delivery, and participating in local networking or industry events to expand market presence.
