ActionLink is looking for energetic, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Specialists to bring the vibrant world of CASETiFY to life inside select Best Buy stores this holiday season. If you love helping people protect their tech with serious style, this is your moment to shine. 

Our Seasonal Sales Specialists will create exceptional customer experiences by introducing shoppers to CASETiFY's premium lineup of phone cases, accessories, and lifestyle products. You will engage consumers through product education, uncover their needs, and recommend solutions that best fit their devices and personal style.

Program Schedule and What's in it for You: 

• October 2026 through end of December 2026

• 12 hours per weekend - Saturdays and Sundays; 11:00am-5:00pm

• Hourly pay range -$21.00-$23.00, based on experience 

• W2 employment with weekly pay and direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Build customer relationships that create CASETiFY brand advocates
• Engage shoppers through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
• Introduce customers to CASETiFY products, collections, collaborations, and premium features
• Recommend products based on customer needs, lifestyle, and device compatibility
• Create excitement around the CASETiFY brand through enthusiastic customer interactions
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through customer-first engagement strategies
• Support promotional initiatives and in-store brand presence
• Capture basic store observations and customer feedback through reporting tools
• Participate in all required product training and program communications
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of both CASETiFY and ActionLink

Minimum Qualifications:

• Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers
• Passion for technology, mobile accessories, fashion accessories, or consumer electronics
• Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate product features and benefits
• Reliable transportation to assigned Best Buy location
• Access to a smartphone and internet connection for training and reporting
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to program objectives
