Job Description
Banter Floors & More is hiring a motivated Sales Associate to work with customers in our showroom and drive flooring sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on building relationships, creating estimates, and closing deals.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait position. We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and knows how to sell.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Help customers select flooring (carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, etc.)
- Build estimates and quotes based on customer needs
- Follow up on leads and open quotes to close sales
- Coordinate with installers and internal team to ensure smooth job flow
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Manage multiple customers and projects at once

Qualifications
- Previous flooring sales experience desired
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (estimates, email, etc.)
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must know how to "break" blueprints
