Job Description

The Sales Specialist helps manage complexity, builds relationships, and delivers results in a customer-facing role at NVISION. This high-profile, high-impact position plays a critical role on the account team by leading solutions-based project management and supporting success through a consultative sales approach. The Sales Specialist must develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and the value NVISION brings to the partnership. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, consultative communication, and project management capabilities are essential to fostering customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day-to-day projects with a focus on exceeding customer requirements.
• Track the complete life cycle of commercial print projects, corrugate displays, point-of-sale materials, permanent merchandisers, and promotional projects from initiation through customer delivery.
• Coordinate ideation sessions that lead to innovative print and merchandising solutions.
• Manage distribution lists and coordinate among suppliers, customer requirements, and the NVISION distribution center to ensure timely product shipment.
• Develop expertise in NVISION system offerings and technology platforms.
• Deliver sales goals and objectives while managing overall account requirements.
• Shape customer expectations appropriately and communicate effectively throughout each engagement.
• Identify and advise on cost savings opportunities, program enhancements, and process efficiencies through a consultative, analytical approach.
• Demonstrate expertise in strategic supply chain management and educate customers on NVISION's value and service offerings.
• Proactively address issues in a timely and professional manner; solve problems and escalate issues or opportunities when appropriate.
• Oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate on business review content, build presentations, and present to key customers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial print, point-of-sale displays, promotional products, supply chain, and/or marketing agency environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate setting.
• Proven ability to build relationships, take quick and decisive action, and be assertive when necessary.
• Independent drive to proactively identify new opportunities with a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Customer-focused mindset, analytical approach, strong attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

Compensation & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $65,000- $75,000 per year. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations. In addition to base pay, BradyPLUS offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
