Sales Specialist - Part-Time
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Monday–Friday, 5 Hours/Day
trak group is partnering with a growing organization to fill a part-time Sales Specialist role on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, people-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on sales experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing customers through outbound calls and email outreach
- Follow up on inbound leads and help guide customers toward the right solutions
- Identify upcoming projects and generate quote opportunities
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and match them with available solutions
- Partner with Account Managers to move opportunities forward
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and next steps
- Contribute to targeted outreach campaigns tied to seasonal and project-based needs
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals including calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with a genuine comfort making outbound phone calls
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or customer outreach preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to stay organized and on top of follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
