Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Salisbury, NC, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment. In this role, the Sales Specialist greets customers, assesses their wireless and device needs, and recommends solutions that align with Verizon products and services. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating devices and accessories, processing sales transactions, activating new lines and upgrades, and assisting with account questions and basic troubleshooting. The Sales Specialist also helps maintain store appearance, monitors inventory levels, and ensures merchandising standards are met. In addition, this role may support team training efforts, participate in sales promotions, and contribute to meeting individual and store performance goals.
