The Sales Specialist drives occupancy and revenue growth by leading marketing and sales efforts across assigned communities. Acting in the capacity of a Director of Sales, this role develops and executes Quarterly Sales Plans, manages the CRM pipeline and advances prospects through the sales process to achieve and sustain budgeted occupancy goals. 63,800.00 - 98,100.00
