Sales Supervisor F/H

We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will combine your passion for sales and clienteling with a hands-on approach to supporting the Store Manager and the wider team. You will build strong and lasting relationships with our clients, deliver a personalised shopping experience and contribute to achieving the store’s commercial objectives. Responsibilities include: - Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. - Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, from the first interaction through to after-sales service. - Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and develop client loyalty. - Drive sales performance and actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store targets. - Monitor, analyse and support the development of key store KPIs. - Support the team and lead by example on the sales floor. - Ensure the store always meets the highest standards in terms of presentation, visual merchandising and client experience. - Participate in seasonal changes, promotions and merchandising updates. - Support stock management, stock loss prevention and inventory processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements. - Contribute to creating a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment.
