Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month base + up to 10% commission

Positions Available
Sales Supervisor
Lead structured consultations with high-intent clients
Support clients through their full aesthetic journey
Capture photos, measurements, and treatment progress in our CRM
Meet and exceed daily sales goals of $3,500+
Sales Manager
Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants
Drive team performance with daily sales goals ($3,500+ per rep)
Oversee a seamless, professional client experience
Foster a performance-driven, client-first culture
Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Salary: $2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role)
Tiered Commission:
4–5% on sales up to $3,500
6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500
8–10% on sales above $7,500
