Sales Supervisor

Nick’s Menswear is looking for a strong salesperson ready to take the next step into leadership.

This is a sales-first role: you’ll continue working directly with clients and driving your own sales while also coaching teammates, reinforcing service standards, and helping lead the sales floor.

Menswear experience is not required — we can teach product, fit, and styling. We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with customers, close sales, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a high-touch client experience and consistently achieve personal sales goals

• Help clients build complete looks for weddings, work, special events, and everyday wear

• Provide in-the-moment coaching and support to sales associates

• Reinforce sales processes, promotions, training, and service standards

• Help maintain a professional, high-performing sales floor

• Assist with basic store operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience

• Strong sales instincts and confidence connecting with customers and closing business

• Spanish proficiency

• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable stepping into a leadership role

• Friday–Sunday availability and flexibility for a retail schedule

• Sales lead, keyholder, commission sales, specialty retail, or menswear experience is a plus
