We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential support to the Sales Team by helping with tasks that directly and indirectly impact sales revenue. You'll play a key role in preparing proposals, managing customer accounts, maintaining databases, and assisting with new account setups. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with others, and contributing to a team's success. Full training will be provided-perfect for someone just starting their career!
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will focus on four main areas:
Review requests for changes to a customer's account or contract to figure out exactly what needs to be done.
Coordinate tasks for making updates and communicate with the customer, if needed.
Compare the customer's current contract with the suggested changes to ensure accuracy.
Update pricing and details on an Excel spreadsheet to reflect changes.
Prepare updated agreements or revision letters and send them to the Sales Rep for customer approval.
Log updates in the Dynamics database for tracking.
Keep detailed, organized records of all changes and communications.
Once changes are approved or denied, update customer contract files and prepare new documents for Customer Service.
Sales Support (Helping Close Sales)
Act as a key connection between customers and the Outside Sales Rep.
Help the team stay updated by double-checking pipeline accuracy.
Make follow-up calls or send emails to customers, as requested by the Sales Rep.
Look for updates or notes in the Dynamics database to ensure all communications are clear.
Account Cancellations (Preparing for Future Opportunities)
Document reasons and details about customer cancellations in the Dynamics database.
Work with the Outside Sales Rep to decide if there's an opportunity to reopen a customer account in the future.
Set reminders for the TeleSales team to follow up with cancellations at a later date.
File account cancellation documents for future reference.
