GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing Sales processes and reporting tools, including Salesforce.com, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, and Alteryx. It involves supervising Club Car Links and applications for Channel Partners, maintaining business users, and providing training. The position includes system configuration changes, testing, system adoption, and support for Salesforce.com and Analytics applications.

Essential Job Functions:

Sales System Support: Keen attention to detail, ability to solve problems and troubleshoot the system setup from both operational and technical perspectives. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. Isolates severity of key issues prohibiting business continuity; manages expectations throughout case escalation & resolution. Monitors system utilization and takes action to support higher adoption.

User Management: Supports onboarding new Channel Partners, managing visibility and access in SFDC, and collaborating with Contracts and Legal for accurate setup. Oversees system setup for Club Car Links users, monitors licenses, and develops engagement strategies. Provides training, manages profiles and roles, and supports system and business process changes.

Collaborates with Sales and Marketing for future growth and conducts training sessions. Ensures up-to-date training materials and manages reporting for system usage and adoption. Provides help desk support for all users and secondary support for Zoom Contact Center.

Develop, test, support and implement all training menus, shout outs, in app guidance activities in WalkMe application. This requires basic coding knowledge and field mapping within Salesforce.com.

Measure and understand WalkMe adoption. Develop and create reporting to continue driving usage and adoption of training tools.

Sales Analysis Management: Leads, provides, and designs requirements for sales processes and aligning business intelligence systems. Ability to independently perform testing, plans, and project management as it relates to the process and reporting requirements. Collaborates with sales operations and continually improves and streamlines processes and reporting systems and data. Ensures data integrity within all supported applications.

Sales System Analysis: Analyzes data providing standard and advanced business and process analysis of trends to help sales drive business growth. Understands business needs and proactively develops business intelligence analytics. Finds commonalities throughout geographies and shares lessons learned with all internal stakeholders. Responsible for business support reporting and ad hoc report requirements throughout the business. Works with Product Growth Teams and Sales IDM processes for analytical needs. Supports Sales with quote to cash processes and analysis.

Project Management & Execution: Requirements gathering, problem identification, and solution design. Understands individual responsibilities, team specializations, and task assignments. Plans for an aggressive project schedule, rollout communications should be timely with appropriate documentation to help users get started. Executes with an adaptive approach to development, expecting reiteration. Delivers user training of supported processes and reporting.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field preferred

Experience:

2 - 5 years related experience to the responsibilities listed above

Must have Salesforce.com CRM experience

Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

High proficiency in Microsoft, SQL Server, HTML5, and exposure to a scripting language such as JavaScript is highly desired

Project management experience preferred

Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel up to 10%
