Stampede is looking for a full-time Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales team! If you're highly organized, enjoy working across departments, and are interested in a role that combines customer-focused sales support with creative marketing projects, this could be a great opportunity for you.WHAT'S THE SCOPE?This role is approximately 80% Sales Support and 20% Marketing, with Sales Support serving as the primary focus. You'll act as an internal lead for customer execution by coordinating account needs, orders, pricing requests, product launches, and cross-functional follow-through. You'll also support marketing initiatives that help strengthen brand awareness and business development.You'll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Shipping, Finance, and Marketing, giving you broad exposure across the organization.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERSupport assigned Sales Representatives and help coordinate their customer account needs.Proactively identify and help resolve account-related and operational issues by working with the appropriate internal teams.Coordinate pricing requests and work with Finance, R&D, Purchasing, and Leadership to ensure pricing is reviewed, approved, and communicated accurately.Coordinate new account setups and product launches, including product specifications, pricing, system implementation, and timelines.Help manage high-priority or unique customer orders that require coordination across Customer Service, Operations, Production, QA, and Shipping.Communicate account changes that may impact production, inventory, or operational planning.Manage international export requirements, including government documentation and coordination with USDA inspectors.Prepare account, order-status, and product-launch reports and maintain organized customer documentation.Support presentations, sales materials, mockups, packaging photo shoots, customer events, and trade shows.Assist with marketing content and communications across websites, social media, email, announcements, and other approved channels.Help maintain the marketing and social media calendar and coordinate photography, videography, copy, and other creative assets.Support website and social media updates, basic performance reporting, artwork coordination, and brand consistency. WHAT'S REQUIRED?A Bachelor's degree is required, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, accountability, and follow-through are also important for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with contact management and order-processing systems is preferred, while experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus. This position also requires the ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional weekend travel.
