Sales Support Assistant Responsibilities



  • The Sales Support Assistant will monitor and respond to voicemail messages for the sales team.

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track customer information and sales activity.

  • Organize client names, phone numbers, and other sales data.

  • The Sales Support Assistant will assist the sales team in preparing for seasonal quote activity.

  • Provide administrative support while helping the team work through a backlog of customer requests.

  • The Sales Support Assistant will perform general office duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Support Assistant Role



  • Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.

  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
