This role helps qualify opportunities, gather and organize customer requirements, develop preliminary vehicle layout concepts, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct product and market research, and coordinate with internal teams. The coordinator helps the Sales Executive manage multiple opportunities while ensuring proposals, designs, and supporting materials are accurate, organized, and professionally presented.Primary Responsibilities:Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies, OSHA standards, and proper use of PPE.Support the Account Executive during customer discovery and design review meetings, project planning discussions, and follow-up activities.Assist with developing preliminary vehicle layouts and coordinating design concepts with Creative, Engineering, and Estimating to ensure customer requirements are addressed.Research medical equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and vehicle components to support project development and identify solutions that meet clinical, operational, and budget requirements.Assist with preparing and revising proposals based on customer RFPs, requirements, and specifications, ensuring the proposed solution clearly addresses project objectives.Prepare customer presentations, sales materials, and other supporting content.Maintain an organized library of vehicle layouts, renderings, design concepts, proposal content, technical specifications, photographs, and other sales resources.Respond to selected inbound customer inquiries and manage smaller sales opportunities, as assigned.Research and qualify new sales opportunities using lead-generation resources and other sources.Support special projects and perform other sales and project coordination duties as assigned.Serve as front desk backup to the receptionist, as needed.Required Qualifications:Associate degree, some college coursework, or relevant certification/training required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, proposal development, estimating, design coordination, or a related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational, research, analytical, and project coordination skills.Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear proposals, presentations, layouts, and supporting documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.Ability to interpret basic drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to research and evaluate products, equipment, and technical solutions.Willingness and ability to learn medical equipment, clinical workflows, and mobile healthcare applications.Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to follow through on commitments.Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows, site visits, and other business needs.Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.Demonstrate safe driving practices while driving company vehicles or when driving your personal vehicle on behalf of the company. Must demonstrate a consistent and stable work history, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, manufacturing, custom vehicles, or another technical industry.Familiarity with government procurement and RFP processes.Associate's degree or higher in business or marketing, or a related field. CAD or design software experience.Physical Requirements:Sitting, standing, and walking in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.Ability to bend, lift, and position self to move about the office, as needed. Required use of fingers and hands to operate a computer.
