Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a 4+ month contract opportunity located in Sarasota, FL. This role is fully onsite.

The Sales Support Administrator I is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting daily sales activities. This entry-level role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.
  • Assist in cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP for Sales Support Team.
  • Assists the sales support team by providing daily administrative support and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to facilitate sales activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales events or promotional campaigns as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous work in SAP is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and communication with other team members is a must.
  • Skills in Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and SAP is needed.
  • 1-3 years experience required
Pay Rate- $22.00-$24.00/ hour
