Sales Support Associate

Sales Support Associate 
Monday - Friday -8:00am - 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Process customer orders, quotes, and purchasing orders accurately and efficiently
• communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and shipment timelines
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and account documentation as needed
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when appropriate 
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to support customer demand
• Ensure all documentation and communication align with company standards and procedures

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, and administrative support
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
