Sales Support – Construction Industry

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role provides critical support to the outside sales team by helping ensure orders are handled efficiently from quote to delivery while assisting customers and job sites throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support outside sales representatives with order coordination and customer follow-up
• Visit job sites for measurements, verifications, and access checks for safe product delivery
• Deliver missing parts, paperwork, and materials as needed
• Assist with scheduling changes and troubleshoot product or service concerns
• Inspect and perform repairs to roof and floor trusses when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and service

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma required; AA preferred
• Construction materials/lumber industry experience required
• Familiarity with truss design and ability to read blueprints/building calculations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally
