This role bridges the gap between our sales, finance, and detail departments to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless buying experience—from scheduling appointments to preparing vehicles and assisting with the final delivery process.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
Follow up with customers before and after their dealership visit
Coordinate sold vehicle deliveries with customers and the sales team
Ensure sold vehicles are detailed, fueled, inspected, and delivery-ready
Work with the detail department to prioritize vehicle preparation
Assist the Finance & Insurance department with organizing deal paperwork and required delivery documents
Verify all paperwork is complete prior to customer delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes
Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Customer service, administrative, automotive, BDC, or sales support experience is preferred but not required
