    TEAM UP WITH US!

    The Sales Support Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and serving as the interface between the sales process and the inventory process.

    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

    WHAT YOULL DO:

    • Initiate and follow up on make ready, review description, and shipment to customer.
    • Initiate shipment of applicable equipment to customers.
    • Assist sales persons with application, availability and pricing of equipment.
    • Initiate shipment from factories to end users and Warren locations.
    • Inventory of new equipment.
    • Initiate and check descriptions before billing.
    • Initiate and maintain reservations on equipment.
    • Review new equipment make ready and freight invoices.
    • Initiate and maintain no charge agreements for demos and loaners.
    • Check orders for content and continuity of equipment.
    • Coordinate & communicate make ready shops.
    • Assist walk in customers in sales force absence.
    • Assist finance manager, sales staff and customers with equipment finance transactions.
    • Review order acknowledgements.
    • Approve and process rental power sales orders including verifying taxes and TTL.
    • Assist sales and project managers with equipment, miscellaneous items, and freight quotes.

    WHAT YOULL NEED:

    • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
    • Valid drivers license and good driving record.
