Sales Support Coordinator

Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Gliderol team in Pinkenba. This role acts as a vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring enquiries, orders and claims are managed accurately and efficiently.

Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function.

What you will do

• Processing customer orders, credits, warranty claims and damage claims
• Providing customer support via phone, email and online channels
• Assisting with product troubleshooting and spare parts enquiries
• Managing account administration and customer records
• Coordinating customer communication and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Supporting the broader sales team with administrative and operational activities
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation across business systems

What we require

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Proven problem-solving skills and customer focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in using business systems and customer service software
• Professional and calm approach when handling customer issues
• Positive attitude and wiliness to learn and grow with the role

What we prefer

• Exposure to CRM, ERP, order processing, inventory or invoicing systems
• Experience supporting a sales or customer service team
• Experience within manufacturing, building products or industrial environments (highly regarded)
