The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue performance by enabling the sales organization through accurate pricing execution, customer account management, and operational coordination. This position ensures that sales teams are equipped with the tools, data, and support required to convert opportunities efficiently and execute commercial programs with precision.
Acting as a central point of coordination between Sales, Customer Service, and internal departments, this role ensures alignment across pre-order activities, minimizes execution errors, and protects pricing integrity. This is a performance-driven commercial operations role with direct impact on sales productivity, customer experience, and revenue protection.
