Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role supports our sales management while serving as a customer service representative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sample coordination, creating sales rep distribution lists, and preparing shipments. Fielding sales representative sample requests for customers
  • Support Sales Management and Representatives with weekly sales comparison reports
  • Trade show planning and coordination
  • Sales Meeting coordination and planning twice a year
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse, to resolve issues
  • New Product set-up and maintenance of customers' portals, fulfill image and product information requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping
  • Handle returns, credits, and order changes as needed
  • Provide proactive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management (apparel/consumer goods preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solution-driven mindset
