Essential duties and Responsibilities:The role will be exposed and impact the complete supply chain process with our customers:

•     Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growthKeeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
•     Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and eventsAssist Account Executive with account management
•     Perform data entry when orders are completed or changedResolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies
•     Contacts customers directly when necessaryAssists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems
•     Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and deliveryProvides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
•     Other duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus
•     Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•     Solid communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual: English and Spanish required
