Sales Support Administrator
Provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Duties may include order processing/entry, record keeping, and response to customer/dealer inquiries. Generates reports on sales targets related to corporate level programs and promotions, activity, and other related metrics. Trains and supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's Degree from two-year college or technical school; and/or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training in order entry, sales administrative support and/or advance customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to utilize CRM and ERP systems to generate reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and end-user customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Proficient on Company-provided hardware and software.

The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
