About the Role:

As a CBRE Sales Support Lead, you will maximize the efficiency and delivery of services to clients by planning, scheduling, and overseeing the marketing and sales support functions for a team.

This job is part of the Sales Operations. They are responsible for sales planning, marketing implementation, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • In coordination with graphic designers and marketing team, develop content and outlines for presentations, marketing campaigns, and offering memorandums. Includes conducting necessary research and information review to conceptualize, develop and write content for marketing materials.
  • Act as single point of contact and project manager for all data requirements from the Sales Team, including information related to marketing, research, and financial analysis.
  • Review internal/external collateral materials, proofread content to ensure accuracy and appropriate branding, and approve materials for distribution
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned projects for due diligence including initial document delivery, reviewing, organizing, cataloging, coordinating site visits, third-party inspections, and tenant interviews.
  • Maintain and update marketing infrastructure which may include a CRE database system, intranet, and external website, including data on Sales Team's pipeline, prospects, properties and internal and external sale comparables. May source properties and/or clients by researching local and national databases.
  • Interface directly with clients, including resolving routine issues and responding to non-routine inquiries.
  • Review voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments.
  • Maximize the sales team's productivity through review, evaluation, and implementation of effective business processes.
  • Oversee the tracking of office transactions (listings, sales/leases, expenses, client reimbursements, etc.).
  • Provide input for staff member's performance review. Provide feedback and recommend recruitment, advancement, corrective action, and termination of employees. Mentor, train, and coach junior sales team members to further development.
  • Have a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Stay current with advancing AI initiatives and integrate applications into work processes to enhance efficiencies and strategic advantages

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. Real Estate Salesperson license required.
  • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Internet research and web publishing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
  • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $87,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $97,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
