In our Sales Support job you’ll be responsible for:
Mastering all communication related to customer order requisitions
Assisting in providing top-level customer service to global clients
Managing incoming customer requests via ERP/CRM, email, or phone
Creating quote, proposal, and purchase order files for vendors
Conducting reviews on all orders to ensure full customer satisfaction
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in International Logistics (REQUIRED)
Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, email communication, and order management
Excellent customer service skills with global accounts
Details:
Competitive pay rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
