This position provides comprehensive support and backup to the Relationship Teams in all areas of the sales cycle and post-sales process. Support includes review of all new account documentation, submission of new account packages, and request for services. This position as it relates to the client onboarding process includes ownership of the request for new products, ensuring proper set up in accordance with regulatory and service standards. Provides technical support and practical guidance to colleagues, firms and clients concerning product usage and functionality and ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications*- Minimum of 3 plus years of general banking experience or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 plus years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 plus years of Sales Support or Operations experience
Additional Qualifications
- Preferred degree from a four year college or university with concentration in a discipline directly related to the financial services industry or equivalent job experience.
- Sufficient experience in the banking industry showing an understanding of basic banking operations
- Proficient in the use of network and PC based software applications including menu driven work processing, spreadsheet, database, and information reporting software.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to gather, arranges, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize and evaluate information and data to formulate conclusions and recommended actions.

CompensationStarting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
