About the Role
As a Sales Support Operations Analyst, you will research, analyze, and evaluate data to help solve problems and develop solutions to internal challenges. Youll also assist senior leadership with day-to-day goal management and provide additional data resources to drive informed decision-making.

What Youll Be Doing
Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. Assist with the completion of department goals by providing enhanced context through identifying KPIs that influence behavior. Work with leadership team in developing and implementing enhanced data governance procedures throughout department databases. Develop and maintain automated data visualizations using SQL-driven Microsoft Applications (PowerBI, Fabric, Office suite). Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects. Collect, analyze, and report department metrics monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually. Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent required. 1 year of experience with SQL or other database programming language. 1 year of experience with Power BI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills. Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
