Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams by ensuring customer information, product data, and sales materials are accurate, organized, and up to date. This is a highly collaborative position that combines administrative coordination, customer support, and ecommerce operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing sales presentations, customer-facing materials, and product sales sheets
• Maintaining and updating customer portals with product information and marketing assets
• Managing data entry and ensuring accuracy across internal systems and customer platforms
• Supporting the sales team with pricing information, price list updates, and account documentation
• Following up with customers regarding requests, updates, and product information
• Assisting with ecommerce activities, including product content uploads and portal maintenance
• Collaborating with Marketing on promotional materials and product-related assets
• Providing day-to-day operational support to help improve sales team efficiency and customer experience
• Coordinating across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow

Profile

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Coordination, or Sales Operations
• Ecommerce support experience, including managing product information and customer portals
• Experience supporting consumer products, retail, hardware, home improvement, or related industries
• Familiarity with large retailer portals and product data management is a plus
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience creating presentations, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing customer documentation
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used for sales and customer management

Candidates with experience supporting both sales and ecommerce functions, particularly within a consumer products environment, will be especially successful in this role.

Compensation & Benefits
