Job Title: Sales Support Rep Analyst 2
Duration: 12 months
Location: Norcross, GA
Work Hours: 32 hours a week (Monday-Thursday)
Primary Function of Position:
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for Client s system and product demo programs.
The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem solve and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.
Roles and Responsibilities
" Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
" Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
" Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Client s Sales Operations Programs team
" Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
" Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
" Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
" Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades
Skill / Job Requirements
" Effective time management, detail-oriented
" Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
" Exceptional Customer Service
" Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel
" Fluent in English
" Must be able to lift 80lbs
" Minimal travel may be required
" Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
" Prior logistics experience a plus
" Drivers license required
" Bachelors degree
