1st Shift (2:30pm-1:00am)

Monday - Thursday

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders accurately into various manufacturer web-based applications
• Monitor the company sales inbox throughout the day
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Help follow up on order-related questions or missing information
• Maintain organized records of order activity and customer communication
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude

Minimum Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good written and verbal communication
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications
• Able to learn multiple manufacturer order entry systems
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time in-office
• Customer service, order entry, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
