Description

Title: Sales Support Representative II
Location: Kennesaw GA
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule:
8:00 AM - 5:00PM EST


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and collaborates with disparate groups within the company (lab scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, outside sales, direct revvity teams) to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Main contact for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, which include but are not limited to sales, technical support, entering and following up sales quotes, customer service, CRM data entry, as well as pre and post-sales marketing activities.
  • Input, approve, and update customer data in ERP (sage) and CRM (salesforce) systems.
  • Sales support includes international distributors and global revvity teams, as well as domestic (US) customers.
  • Responsible for lead management, lead follow-up, and opportunity closing throughout the territory.
  • Participate in business process improvement groups and assist in driving change throughout the organization.
  • Work is performed in the office.

Qualifications:
  • Laboratory experience and/or experience supporting scientific products, instrumentation, or consumables preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific applications, laboratory workflows, and technical product information to customers, distributors, and commercial teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sage, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in life science and/or business-related field preferred.
