Salary: $55-$65K, plus benefits

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join the team of a growing Manufacturing/Industrial parts company. The role supports the sales operations team with strong administrative support, detailed and accurate order entry, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview:

· Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email

· Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers

· Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries

· Communicate invoice and shipping details to customers

· Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing and/or shipments

· Navigate software and use Google docs

Required:

· High School diploma or GED

· 1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience

· Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills

· Problem resolution, basic math and intermediate computer skills

· Experience working in ERP, Inventory tracking systems or other related systems
