Responsibilities
- Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process and in servicing new accounts or additional business for existing accounts, helping ensure account retention and growth.
- Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed.
- Places orders for the Account Manager.
- Follows up as needed on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery.
- Prepare quotes, research customer product questions, and assist with bids.
- Handles all aspects of order preparation.
- Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales.
- Assists the Account Manager with stock, credit, and shipping issues, as well as open/backlogged orders.
MinUSD $17.98/Hr. MaxUSD $21.76/Hr.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send correspondence via email and to make and receive telephone calls
- Adaptable with the ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose professional business communications via email.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with item-by-item focus, meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
