Sales Support Representative

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000, DOE + Benefits + Performance Bonus 
Location: Windsor, CO
Position Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Sales Support Representative:

  • Own and maintain CRM accuracy as the source of truth for all territory activity.
  • Manage quotes, pricing, and order processing from submission through delivery confirmation.
  • Track orders, communicate timelines, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer.
  • Support post-sale follow-through, including delivery verification, renewals, and ongoing customer needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status and coordination.
  • Generate reports and provide visibility into pipeline activity and territory performance.
  • Support sales reps with proposals, scheduling, and territory planning activities.
  • Help free up sales leaders’ time so they can focus on selling and growing accounts.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Sales Support Representative:

  • Grit! Show initiative and persistence.
  • 3+ years of B2B experience in sales support, inside sales, operations, or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot also considered).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to proactively manage tasks and follow through without constant direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting field sales teams in healthcare, medical supply, or distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or recurring order management.
  • Background in quoting, proposals, or contract support.
