What you will enjoy doing*

• You will visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary
• Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
• You will need to provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems
• And you will prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process
• Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner
  Communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs

What makes you great

• You have a high school diploma or GED
• Prior sales support experience
• Further, you must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail

Pay Range: $31.93-$46.83
