Sales Support Specialist

Our manufacturing distributor in the Oakmont, PA area is seeking an Sales Support Specialist

-Provide day-to-day support to the inside and outside sales team
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
-Process order entry accurately and efficiently in ERP systems
-Assist with invoicing, pricing updates, and maintaining product catalogs
-Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and product records
-Set up new customer accounts and maintain account documentation
-Research plumbing parts, specifications, and product availability
-Assist with pricing inquiries and product information requests
-Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams as needed
-Ensure timely follow-up on customer and sales team requests



-Previous experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
-Experience working with ERP systems (order entry and invoicing experience required)
-Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
