Job Overview:
Pay Range $28.88hr - $31.66hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, including coordination in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
- Expertise in data management, including the ability to perform mass updates and clean the current CRM database while understanding dependencies and downstream impacts.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, generate and process sales orders, handle customer order-related inquiries, audit sales-related databases, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality standards.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while working independently.
- Proven ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced organization and to create scalable visions and structures.
- Motivated self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Extensive experience in prioritizing deliverables and tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or a related area.
- More than 1 year of experience using CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce).
