LHH is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support a client in Thomasville! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $50-55k depending on experience, offering full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc. Prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within manufacturing company is required to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities: - Support multiple Sales Reps. with managing the order process for client accounts from start to finish
- Receive new orders, enter into ERP and verify specifications
- Provide quotes based on parts needed
- Communicate with internal production, purchasing, inventory and logistics team to verify availability and estimated production completion date
- Provide client with order updates, inventory shortages, delayed lead times, etc.
- Offer replacement parts or issue refund/credit as needed
- Close PO out upon delivery to process for invoicing
Qualifications:- Must have prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within a manufacturing company to be eligible for this role
- Prior experience with ERP/CRM required
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
