Whether you're currently a Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Sales Manager, Dealer Sales Manager, Distributor Sales Manager, Hospitality Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Director, or have experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, territory management, channel sales, or account management, we'd love to learn more about your background.

POSITION LOCATION: Future opportunities may be available across a variety of U.S. markets.

These are primarily field-based positions. Candidates should reside within or near the assigned territory and be comfortable with regular travel to support customer relationships and business growth.

What You Could Be Working On

Our Sales teams play a critical role in helping customers grow their businesses while representing some of the most recognized brands in the building products industry. Depending on the opportunity, you may:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, builders, contractors, architects, designers, retailers, hospitality partners, and other channel customers.
• Manage a sales territory, strategic accounts, dealer network, distributor relationships, or project-based business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct in-person customer meetings, product presentations, job site visits, training sessions, and sales calls.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Support new product launches, promotional initiatives, strategic channel programs, and customer events.
• Maintain sales forecasts, customer plans, pipeline activity, and CRM records to effectively manage your territory.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with sales professionals who have experience in one or more of the following:

• Territory management
• Dealer sales
• Distributor or wholesale sales
• Strategic account management
• National or key account management
• Project sales
• Builder, contractor, or Pro channel sales
• Hospitality sales
• Retail channel sales
• Building products, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries

Experience in roles such as Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Sales Manager, Dealer Sales Manager, Distributor Sales Manager, Hospitality Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Director, or similar commercial sales positions is highly valued.
