Sales Team Manager
- Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
- Location: Peru, IL (Fully Onsite – Relocation Assitance Available)
- Position Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Sales Team Manager:
- Manage and develop a team of 5+ inside sales representatives
- Build and implement sales processes, KPIs, and accountability systems
- Drive adoption and proper use of HubSpot for tracking calls, activity, and performance
- Partner with ownership on strategy for major retail accounts (Menards, Walmart, Dollar General, Ace, Tractor Supply, Do It Best)
- Provide a buffer between ownership and customers – able to push back when needed
- Support business development and pitching when necessary – but management is the priority
- Create reporting and visibility into team activity and success metrics
- Coach reps on performance, pipeline management, and account growth
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Sales Team Manager:
- 5+ years of retail sales experience (multi-store chains, not necessarily big-box).
- Managed a minimum of 5 sales reps in a previous role.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, activity tracking, and accountability systems.
- Experience implementing or optimizing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership and people development skills.
- Able to balance hands-on management with strategic process building.
- Strong communication skills – comfortable pushing back when needed.
- Willing to relocate to Peru, IN (fully onsite role).
